Marketing Hooks & Copywriting Tips

Use the season’s natural themes: savings, time changes, gift-giving.
Pair them with your USP:

“My sellers never pay a commission. See how much you can save this season.”

For ideas or one-liners, agents were encouraged to use ChatGPT to kick off creative brainstorming – consider it a tool to beat writer’s block rather than a replacement for you!

Landing Pages, RealBird, and Seller Tools

Agents learned the difference between website pages (browsing with open navigation) and landing pages (action with limited navigation).

  • Brett suggests RealBird for simple $99/year landing pages and QR codes.

  • Embed the Seller Net Calculator on your own site as a lead magnet.

  • Add a CTA: “See if your home qualifies for our 0% listing.”

“Don’t overcomplicate it,” Katt said.

Website Building & Platform Tips

If you’re starting from scratch, keep it simple.

  • WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace all work.

  • Separate buyer and seller pathways in your navigation menu if you are targeting both.

  • Avoid overload: Give all audiences a place to learn what you can offer them. You can work on building out depth of content later.

IDX integration and YouTube hosting were reviewed as must-knows — with a clear takeaway: YouTube beats Vimeo for ease of embedding, SEO, and visibility.

Mail Merge & Tracking

Robert’s upcoming Mail Merge Workshop will cover how to send personalized mail without outsourcing.
Until then, agents were reminded: track responses through custom landing pages or calls — even fridge magnets count when leads call months later.
