Agents previewed the new seller video and provided feedback (slides and ready-made video will be available soon). This will be your EZ elevator pitch for seller outreach. Send it before listing appointments to cut 15–20 minutes from your presentation and pre-sell the EZ difference.

Agents agreed that “less is more” messaging beats overwhelming detail. Clean, clear scripts and short videos land better with sellers.

Action step: Keep your marketing simple and let curiosity drive questions. Use those questions as engagement opportunities.


Investor Options Simplified

We broke down the three core options for sellers working with investors:

  • Cash Offer – 70% of value minus repairs.

  • Novation – Partner with seller, invest in light updates, and net them more.

  • EZ Listing with Buyer Premium – List at 85–90% of value with a 10% buyer premium. Creates affordability for buyers and nets the seller more than a cash offer.

Why it matters: You don’t have to fight for one option. Show sellers all three, and let them choose. Transparency builds trust and wins more deals.


Submitting Investor Deals the Right Way

Agents asked: “Do I need a contract in place before submitting?” The answer:

  • If you’re the investor: Yes, attach the signed contract.

  • If you’re the agent: Use the REI Lead form in AgentHub. EZ will evaluate and respond within 48 hours.

Action step: Submit every property. Even if it doesn’t fit one model, EZ may find another way to structure the deal.
