Some agents request buyers fill this out, others don’t – either way, you should call and speak to all buyers/buyer agents when their offer is submitted to find out their terms). If you choose to use a video that mentions that the buyer should fill out the 60-second offer detail sheet, make sure you include the EZ Offer Detail Sheet when you upload your listing to EZ.

        This is highly recommended as you can use the language that best works for you, as well as add in any additional explanations relevant to how use the EZ Buyer Addendum.

Ways to Export Your Finished Template

- Export as an .MP4: Great for using as a video on social media or property listings.

- Use the Embed Link: Perfect for embedding the explainer directly on your website or a landing page for your listing.

- Use the Website Option: This creates a shareable Canva-hosted link that you can quickly share in emails or marketing materials.

Note: If your project has multiple pages, the exported file will include all of them. Make sure to delete extra pages before exporting to keep it clean.
